Zach grew up in the small town of Tiffin, OH. His love for general wellness and sports performance came while he was in High School where he learned that anyone can better themselves with the help from others and that’s exactly what he wanted to do.
He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Education with a specialization in Human Movement in 2017. He then went on to receive a certification with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is currently working towards getting his certification with distinction.
Zach has previously interned at other sports performance facilities including the Panorama Wellness and Sports Institute in Highlands Ranch, CO as a performance specialist.

Grant grew up in Waterville, Ohio just outside of Toledo. Growing up Grant played a variety of sports and was always looking to stay active. He earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science at Bowling Green State University right down the road from his house. He has been a certified personal trainer (CPT) for three years and has trained several different age groups looking to reach a variety of goals. Grant has a strong background in nutrition, general fitness, and sports performance training with vertical based athletes. Grant was recruited to play college basketball out of high school, but chose to focus on getting an education first. Later he joined Bowling Green State University’s Club volleyball team and played on their national team. Grant previously worked at Panorama Wellness and Sports Institute in Highlands Ranch, CO. While there, he worked with their PRO-Formance program as a post-rehab specialist and trained athletes in all aspects of sport.

Caitlin graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion with a focus in Exercise and Fitness from the University of Cincinnati and she is currently working on getting her Masters in Kinesiology at BGSU.
In High School, she played Basketball and Softball and while attending Southern Methodist University she was on the Women’s Rowing Team. Caitlin has been training since 2014 with some of her experience including one of the top facilities in Ohio at Ignition APG. While at Ignition she was exposed to working with the various professional and club teams that they work with like the Cincinnati Bengals and even worked under some notable professional strength coaches like Clif Marshall who is now the Director of Athlete Performance at Indiana University.
While finishing her master’s program at BGSU she also works as an intern with The University of Findlay strength and conditioning coaches, working with the football team is one of her notable experiences while there. She is currently studying to sit for her NSCA CSCS which is one of the top strength and conditioning certifications that you can receive as a coach which does require a bachelor’s degree to have.
