Adult Fitness Class:

The general fitness class for adults here at Fastrak Performance will follow the five basic principles of exercise to help ensure that you maximize your results. Specificity, overload, progression, muscle balance, and individualization will all be a part of the general programming that is created on scheduled basis for the classes. The classes will be structured around three concepts which are getting in shape, building those muscles, and then using those muscles to help allow you to live a healthier life.
