We offer individual training sessions that focus on you and your goals specifically. Our coaching staff here at Fastrak Performance dedicates their time and effort into making the best possible program to reach those. The sessions can last anywhere from a half-hour session to an hour and a half depending on the persons needs and the amount of time they have to train.

Our coaches will not only write a program for you but take you through every step of that program. They will make sure you are moving and doing the exercises properly to benefit the most out of them. We will make sure that improvements will happen week after week and push you to do the best you possibly can.
